“The Diary of a young girl” – Anne frank
– Book Review
“The Diary of a young girl" diary
written by Anne Frank during the Second World War. She wrote this diary from 14
June 1942- 1 August 1944. She died in a concentration camp in Germany, when she
was fifteen.
Anne Frank was a Jew. When Germany invaded
Holland, Anne and her family moved to a secret hiding place, where she recorded
the happenings in this diary. Though there was tuff time around, she found some
hope around.
In 1944, all the members were caught
and died in the hand of Nazis. Only his father was alive, who found this diary.
This diary can also be called a
historical document of how Jewish people suffered.
The story of Anne is very touching. As
an adult we may be live at one place if we are forced, but not for a long time.
Anne being a teenager hides at a one place. It must be so hard.
Some of the dialogues of this book
are very inspirational.
“Despite everything, I still believe
that people are really good at heart”
This shows humanity of a teenage
girl.
It won’t take much long to read this
book. A good autobiographical book. The Pdf of this book is also available on
internet.
