PET/ DRC 2018 :- My First Experience

Whenever we hear the words like exam or interview a sense of nervousness enters into us. Same thing happened with me few months ago. Well my teacher used to tell me that it is good to be nervous and I think he is right. This nervousness led me to work more. After my Masters, I decided to work on Competitive exams like NET/SLET and prepare for PET 2018 of Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University. PET consisted two papers: 1.) Research Aptitude                                     2.) English Literature Second was still familiar but the first paper was new for me. And that paper made me more anxious because frankly didn’t have much idea about Research.  During our Masters, Dr.Dilip Barad Sir had trained us with self-learning through Flipped Learning Project. Confessions of an Insomniac

Hello Friends, Struggles are part of everyone’s life. There is no one in the world who is not struggling. Of course it differs from person to person. Today in this blog I am going to share with you all my personal experience of Insomnia. Many of you might not be familiar with it. So let’s first understand what it is it and what are the causes. Before moving forward let me tell you it  is not a mental disorder or insomniac person is not mad or insane.   ‘Insomnia’ means habitual sleeplessness; inability to sleep . A person who has this habitual sleeplessness is called Insomniac .
